Methodology

Venue answers are assembled from scoped facts, rights decisions, verification times, and deterministic rules—not generated guesses.

Four separate questions

  • Is the venue ordinarily open at the relevant time?
  • Does the supplied visitor or event scenario meet the known conditions?
  • Is suitable inventory actually available?
  • Has the venue accepted a booking?

Evidence and time

Retrieved, verified, effective, and review-due times have different meanings. Cache hits and page renders do not refresh verification dates. Stale or conflicting critical evidence prevents a definite eligibility result.

All product facts and event dates use Australia/Sydney. UTC timestamps remain ISO 8601 where they represent system events.

Rights before retrieval

A publicly reachable URL does not by itself grant storage, commercial display, API redistribution, AI answer use, or training rights. Rights checks happen before selection, calculation, sorting, and serialization so restricted facts cannot leak through derived results.

Cost logic

Calculations use integer minor units. Minimum-spend coverage is applied only when its scope is explicit. A credited prepayment is not charged twice, and refundable security deposits are separate from permanent spend. If required fees or tax treatment are unknown, the service returns a known subtotal and leaves the total unknown.
