Public use
Public venue reads and deterministic calculators do not require a user account. Operational logs should contain route, request identifier, result type, duration, cache state, and data version; they must not contain full private request bodies, tokens, phone numbers, or contact email addresses.
Quote drafts
Private quote drafts can contain event requirements and contact details. They require authenticated, object-scoped access and private, no-store responses. Consent is bound to the exact draft, recipients, content hash, purpose, expiry, and version.
Data sharing and retention
A draft is not externally sent unless the runtime, user scope, consent, approved recipient channel, and delivery adapter all permit it. Rights evidence, private contacts, and internal review notes are not published in source pages. Retention and deletion depend on the approved production policy and applicable rights record.
