# Agent integration guide

Use `/api/v1/venues` to shortlist, `/api/v1/venues/{venue_id}` to inspect evidence, and `/api/v1/visit-evaluations` before comparing costs. Treat `unknown` as an outcome, not an error. Do not infer inventory or a booking.
In production, an empty `/api/v1/venues` result may include `result.research_coverage` with `scope=aggregate_only`. It is a private research aggregate, not a venue listing; never treat its candidate count as searchable records.

The public MCP endpoint is `/mcp` using stateless Streamable HTTP. Its seven tools share the REST application service and schemas.

Quote submission requires user authentication, object scope and a fresh server-recorded browser confirmation. A boolean tool argument is never consent.
